Maps 28-35 – Sydenham – Reopened sections as of April 25 2025

Sydenham Section: Ice Storm Repair Update and Reopened Sections (April 25, 2025)

The Sydenham Club has re-opened the main Bruce Trail and all associated side trails through Bayview Escarpment Nature Reserve. As of now, the Main Trail and all associated side trails are open from Blantyre (km 0.0) to Bognar Marsh (km 27.0), and from south of Bayview Escarpment Nature Reserve (km 41.7) to Lindenwood (km 126.6).

The rest of the Sydenham section (main Bruce Trail and all side trails) between Bognar Marsh and km 41.7 south of Bayview Escarpment Nature Reserve, and between Lindenwood and Wiarton (km 171.6) remains closed.
