Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for orders placed through the Bruce Trail Conservancy Store can be made in person at the Bruce Trail Conservancy office/store, or by mail. Please call 1-800-665-4453 if you wish to return, exchange or cancel an order placed online. Returns and exchanges may be processed up to 60 days after purchase.

Returns by Mail
Items being returned can be sent via regular Parcel Post. If you wish to track your return package, we suggest registering your package with Canada Post and they will provide tracking instructions.

Exceptions
Sales of Downloadable Maps are final. Refunds and exchanges are NOT available for these items.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders selected for in-store pickup will be kept available for 60 days from the date the order is ready.
Orders not collected within the 60-day period will be returned to store inventory and purchasers will be automatically refunded.
If you need to change your delivery method after placing an order, call 905-529-6821 to arrange for shipping to the address of your choosing.
