Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made in person at our BTC office, or by mail. Please call 1-800-665-4453 if you wish to return, exchange or cancel an order placed online.  Returns and exchanges may be processed up to 60 days after purchase.

Returns by Mail

Items being returned can be sent via regular Parcel Post. If you wish to track your return package, we suggest registering your package with Canada Post and they will provide tracking instructions.

Please Note: We cannot accept COD deliveries.
