Blue Mountains Section: Ice Storm Repair Update and Reopened Sections (May 9, 2025)

The Blue Mountains Club has successfully cleared and re-opened the following side trails:

Map 22
– Betty Carter Side Trail
– Hamilton Bros Side Trail
– Keyhole Side Trail
– Nottawasaga Bluffs Lookout Side Trail – East end only, between Main Trail and Keyhole Side Trail
– Mad River Side Trail

Map 24
– Swiss Meadows Side Trail

These stretches of Main Trail remain closed:

– km 61.5 to 64.3: Scenic Caves
– km 66.0 to 67.1: Top of Blue Mountain Resort

The following Side Trails remain closed until further notice:

– Nottawasaga Bluffs Lookout Side Trail – West end (Bridge repair needed)

– Petun Side Trail
