The Trail at the creek is now passable again.

ORIGINAL POST Mar. 13, 2026:

Due to flooding of Minniehill Creek, a section of the main Bruce Trail is temporarily impassable just west of 7th Line (km 117.3).

The Trail remains open up to the creek from either direction, but hikers must turn around at the creek.

A note on spring conditions:
Streams in other areas of the Beaver Valley may also be flooded as a result of spring conditions, making some areas impassable.

Please use caution and turn back if you run into significant water on the Trail. Skirting around water during this muddy season causes trail widening and damage to the surrounding vegetation.
