Map 22 – Blue Mountains – Tree planting machinery in use

During the week of May 4-8, tree planting is taking place on private property in the farmer’s field just south of 26/27 Sideroad, between Nottawasaga Lookout Provincial Nature Reserve, and the BTC’s Lime Kiln Bluffs property.
The Bruce Trail remains open but hikers should be careful to stay out of the way of the mechanical planter and take extra care to avoid the seedlings.
