Access to the Bruce Trail at Glendale Avenue and Welland Canals Parkway in St. Catharines and to the Bert Lowe Side trail at Chapel St. South in Thorold are temporarily closed to accommodate road repairs.

The section of the Welland Canals Parkway between Glendale Avenue in St. Catharines to Chapel St. South in Thorold is also closed.

The sections of main Bruce Trail and Bert Lowe Side Trail which parallel Welland Canals Parkway remain open.

Repairs are estimated to continue until late on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
