Caledon Hills Bruce Trail Club Presents:
Film Fundraiser 2026
Join the Caledon Hills Bruce Trail Club on Sunday, June 14, 2026, for a Film Fundraiser in support of the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
“In 1957, world-renowned wildlife artist Robert Bateman and spirited biologist Bristol Foster embarked on a global expedition in a Land Rover they called “The Grizzly Torque” – a journey that ignited a deep love of our planet and set in motion a powerful story of environmental activism though art and science. The Art of Adventure invites us to listen, to learn and to embrace life with curiosity, courage and heart.”
Starting at 2 pm at the Bookshelf Cinema, 41 Quebec St, Guelph, this exciting afternoon will include the feature film, The Art of Adventure. This Canadian film is directed & produced by Alison Reid, who also produced The Woman Who Loves Giraffes. At the end of the film, Bruce Trail Conservancy CEO, Michael McDonald will facilitate a brief Question and Answer period with the film’s dynamic writer and director, Alison Reid. Read more details about the day below:
