Pre-Authorized Debit Details

You authorize the Bruce Trail Conservancy to debit the bank account identified above for
(Debits on the last day of the month falling on a weekend will be processed on the preceding business day.)
You confirm that you have authority under the terms of your account agreement to authorize this debit.
You may revoke your authorization at any time by contacting the Bruce Trail Conservancy in writing or by phone, with 21-30 days’ notice. The Bruce Trail Conservancy may also cancel this PAD agreement with 21-30 days’ notice to you. You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement.
