Whether you're a long-standing member, or you are just getting to know us, we hope you will find this new calendar helpful as you plan your next Bruce Trail outing with us.

With this new schedule you'll be able to:

  • View hikes by month, week, list or posterboard-style
  • Filter your hikes by Club
  • See a detailed description of the hike including distance, pace and terrain
  • Link to a Google Map of the hike meeting location
  • Add hikes to your personal calendar
  • ...and more!

With over 1,500 organized hikes a year on offer, there are plenty of choices and many opportunities to participate.

Hikes are offered at a variety of levels and new hikers are always welcomed. If you enjoy yourself and wish to participate more frequently, while contributing to the future of the Bruce Trail, we encourage you to become a member.

Powered by volunteers:

We'd like to extend a huge thank you to volunteer, Tom Thayer, who made this 'unified' hike listing possible. Tom put his coding and coordination skills to use to initiate, test and develop this system, and worked with all 9 Clubs to make sure the system worked for their particular hike program.

Thank you also to the Hike Directors from each of our Clubs who took the time to test and learn this new system and who plan and coordinate a robust, year-round program of hikes.

And to our amazing Hike Leaders who take us to wonderful locations on the Bruce Trail, keep us safe and engaged, and introduce hundreds of people each year to the joy of hiking and the wonders of the Niagara Escarpment.
