Proxy:

A Member who is unable to attend the meeting may by written proxy appoint a person as that Member’s nominee to attend and act at the Meeting.

Proxies may be submitted to the BTC in the following ways:
● E-mail to proxy@brucetrail.org
● By mail to Bruce Trail Conservancy, BTC Proxy, P.O Box 857, Hamilton, ON L8N 3N9.

Download the Proxy Form and submit it to appoint a proxy. Each proxy must be received by the BTC by no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

Registration

Registration closes at 11:59pm, Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

• Only one person per membership is permitted to register for the Annual Meeting. This requirement is in place to facilitate voting; only one vote per membership number is permitted. Multiple people in a family may attend using a single connection.
• Once the membership is verified, the Member will receive an email confirmation from the BTC via no-reply@zoom.us with a link to join the Annual Meeting.
