Hundreds of Bruce Trail Conservancy members gathered in the Beaver Valley on September 23-25 for The Bruce Trail Conservancy's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This three-day event was a chance for members from all nine Clubs of the BTC to come together to review the year that was. Members enjoyed a full weekend of activity including: a Friday night social; Saturday morning business meeting; hikes and workshops; a 100-mile dinner; and of course more hikes on Sunday.
The Bruce Trail Conservancy's Executive Director, Beth Kümmling and members of the Board of Directors presented the year in review. Members were delighted to learn of the BTC's many accomplishments this past year, including:

The AGM was coordinated by dedicated, local volunteers from the Beaver Valley Bruce Trail Club. Beaver Valley Bruce Trail Club President Linda Murray expressed her gratitude to all who helped to make the event a success, including: the AGM Steering Committee volunteers, wine sponsors Georgian Hills
Vineyards, and the local businesses and individuals who contributed to the silent auction.
The Bruce Trail Conservancy is already looking forward to celebrating next year's AGM in Collingwood - hosted by the Blue Mountains Bruce Trail Club.
