Bullfrog Power -

A New Bruce Trail Partnership

The Bruce Trail Conservancy is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bullfrog Power. Founded in 2005, Bullfrog Power is a leading provider of 100% green electricity, with service available to Ontario and Alberta residents and businesses. Bullfrog Power provides Canadians with a convenient way to support locally generated renewable power. All of Bullfrog's power comes from clean, green sources like wind power and low-impact water power. All of Bullfrog's generators have received Environment Canada's Environmental Choice Program EcoLogoM certification.

More than 5,000 homes and hundreds of businesses have already made the switch to Bullfrog's clean, green power - and this growing demand has allowed Bullfrog to bring new renewable power online in Ontario. Several new wind turbines have been commissioned to service Bullfrog's customer base, and additional new projects are in the works for the future.

The Bruce Trail Conservancy is always looking to partner with environmental leaders like Bullfrog Power. Bullfrog Power's commitment to offering homeowners and businesses a practical, environmentally responsible energy source is forward thinking and necessary in today's world. The offices of the Bruce Trail Conservancy are soon to be "bullfrogpowered". In addition to the BTC, Bullfrog Power has partnered with WWF-Canada, The Pembina Institute, the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) and Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR).

"We're delighted to partner with the Bruce Trail Conservancy, an organization renowned for its vision and leadership in preserving our natural heritage," said Josephine Coombe, Vice President, Marketing, Bullfrog Power. "This partnership is a natural fit based on our shared commitment to helping Canadians find meaningful, practical ways to protect our environment for generations to come."

Switching to Bullfrog Power is easy; signing up takes about 10 minutes online and no special equipment is required. It costs a little extra - about a dollar a day more for the average Ontario customer - but it's a great way to help fight climate change and air pollution. Plus, now Bruce Trail Conservancy members can receive $25 off their first residential bill when they quote the following promotional code: BRUCETRL. Simply type this code into the promotion code field in Bullfrog's online signup form. We hope you will visit www.bullfrogpower.com to learn more about their green energy services.
